This little house sits in a corner of the Tropic of Cancer Beach Club property, isolated from the activities around the bar and pool but just minutes from those and the beach.

The air-conditioned bedroom has two double beds and en-suite bathroom. There is an adjoining screened, well-equipped kitchen/dining/living area for your comfort.

Casa de Eva Rates

November 1st to April 30th
$75 US per night for up to four people
10% discount for stays of 10 or more nights
Minimum stay 3 nights
Ask us about monthly rates
No discounts apply between December 20 and January 4

May 1st to October 31st
25% discount on above rates
10% discount for stays of 10 or more nights
Ask us about monthly rates.
Prices subject to change without notice

Can be combined with units at Santa Benita and Casa Alegria on the same property, to accommodate larger groups.
